Years of Experience.

Leaving a trail of people bent on your failure is not a way to build a brand or a successful company.  Leaving champions of your success in your wake or, at the very least, begrudging respect for how you built your success, is a better path. I have over 20 years of experience as an attorney and legal consultant.  My background and training are broad and deep in a variety of areas.  What drives me is the ability to work with people who want to create value but have reached an impasse and need a fresh perspective or new tools.  Several of my clients have recently started calling me one of their executives because I have provided value far beyond just a binary transaction for a single problem.  I am available on a concierge basis and charge a flat fee to incentivize contact and close collaboration.  I am available when business owners have time to think about issues – namely before 9 am and after 530 pm and I respond quickly, even if just to set up a time for a more definitive conversation.
